Sophie Raffel has spent nearly four years at Justworks as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, focused on understanding what makes small businesses tick. Her background spans everything from public sector projects at Deloitte to ecommerce at Walmart. Having grown up with parents who are both sole proprietors, she’s seen the small business struggle up close and personal.
Sophie Riese runs the market research function at Justworks. She believes that empathetic insights are the key to delivering exceptional experiences, and is passionate about helping small businesses and non-profits succeed. She is also on the board of a small Brooklyn-based arts non-profit, and has launched her own businesses in the past, giving her first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing small businesses.
