The affordability compared to other Accounting Platforms. Pretty easy to use and implementing the existing data was pretty straight forward. I use it every day for my own business while also using it for my other clients. There are many features that are very similar to QuickBooks Online Plus. Pretty easy to integrate a payment processing platform that I use called Melio Payments.
Xero is a really easy to use product and does not requires one to be a financial expertise to be able to use it. The interface is clean and friendly therefore surfing through it is always easy and effortless. Xero is also very reach in accounting features which simplify our work since we get everything we require to manage our finances from it without having to use any other products. The most incredible feature has been the financial reporting which helps us get insightful and detailed reports about our financial activities. The automations available make our work easier for example when entering data for invoicing. It is so easy to access Xero and it has very powerful security features which gives our financial data top security. Xero supports third party integrations and we were able to seamlessly integrate it with our project management products for budgeting and controlling project expenses. Xero also has analytical tools that help us analyze all our financial activities in order to understand our financial health track records.
Apart from seamless accounting services, Xero offers a direct integration with many popular inventory management software like CIN7 Core making it easy for businesses to have perfect synchronization of data across organization.
Once connected, Cin7 Core becomes the central hub for inventory-related activities. Purchases, sales, and manufacturing processes sync seamlessly with Xero.
Xero integrates well with job cards and allows inventory to be linked to specific jobs.
Customer support: I have experienced prompt support from the customer service team for troubleshooting and resolving in case of occasional sync issues.
