How It Began
Cassandra Anderson has spent more than 13 years in the PEO industry. She started on the inside, a decade working as an internal PEO rep at major firms where she eventually became a director and part-owner. She managed broker accounts. She saw every stage of implementation from the inside out.
Three years ago, she moved to the broker side. In January 2026, she launched Reimagine PEO as her own independent firm. Today, her business runs almost entirely on referrals because her clients get results that are hard to find anywhere else. Her specialty is tech companies, high-growth startups. The Strategy That Saved Years of Overpaying
When a 35-person tech company came to Cassandra, they were staring down a 40% renewal increase from their existing PEO. Two major surgeries that year had generated large claims. Both were done, but the renewal captured the full cost, and once a group gets repriced at that level, getting back down takes years.
A less experienced broker would have found the best available rate and called it a win. Cassandra saw a longer game.
